The staff at the laurel location was great, Bilal and Anthony were very helpful and attentive. It was a little disappointing when I was told my hard tags could be mailed to me but then when they arrived, I had to go get them. The corporate level is trash they bs me for 2 weeks, but the laurel location is great.
