Carlos was one of the best sales representatives. When you go here ask for Carlos his going to take care of you.

Vehicle as searched through TrueCar and Uber available day of on the lot. Associate Bash was very friendly and helpful finding what I need to keep delivering and logistics on the road.

Man, this dealership is awesome! I have had a lot of negative car shopping experiences, but this dealership changed that! Ask for Carlos (Sales) and Todd (Sales Manager). They will find the car and deal for you. Today, I am walking away with a Tesla Model 3!!! Thank you guys so much! Excellent and professional service and very personable.

I had an AMAZING experience with Easterns CDJR in Camp Springs, especially after having such a horrible experience at another dealership in Fairfax. Easterns completely restored my faith in the car-buying process! They got me exactly what I wanted, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was polite, helpful, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued. A special shoutout to my sales agent, Carlos!!!! He was AWESOME! Great vibes, great energy, and he made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate everything he did to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Easterns CDJR in Camp Springs to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers. After my experience elsewhere, the difference was night and day. I’ll definitely be sending everyone I know to Easterns! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He was attentive, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Easterns CDJR to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
