Donnell took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my decision. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out. I purchased a vehicle last week and the process went smoothly thanks to Donnell. I walked in unsure if I would be walking out with a car the same day, but my salesman Donnell made sure that I did!
