I recently purchased my new EV from the Easterns Laurel location, and I’m so happy with my experience there. I thought I was still early in my car-shopping journey and definitely didn’t go in expecting to buy, but I came back the next day and ended up purchasing with confidence. Thank you, Elvis and Juan! You both helped me tremendously with my technical questions about the car and with understanding the financing options while my husband couldn’t be there with me. They were respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. I test-drove a different vehicle on the first day and didn’t love it, so they brought another one over from a different location the next day. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process, from car shopping and delivery to even AFTER the purchase was completed. I highly recommend this dealership and team to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I really appreciated how easy and comfortable they made the whole experience! I had a good overall experience with Easterns. The only downside was that the process took a little longer than expected because it was Sunday and there weren’t enough staff available to assist all the customers. Jonathan was very helpful and kept checking in and assisting wherever he could. I really appreciate his help and want to say a big thank you to Jonathan! The manager on duty was also very helpful and made a great effort to assist me throughout the process. Overall, I appreciate the customer service and everyone who helped make my experience a good one.

Pierre was the absolute best. From the greeting to my departure, Pierre provided top tier, HONEST service. Thanks to him, his advice, and resources, I was able to drive away with something I actually like, SAME DAY.
