My husband and I were looking for a used Tesla and decided to stop by Easterns Automotive. We met Mr. Bao, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He never pressured us and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a confident, informed decision. My husband didn’t jump at the first offer—we took our time and even visited other dealerships. In the end, Easterns had the best deal, and their website provided the detailed information we were looking for that other sites simply didn’t offer. When it came to financing, Mr. Julian was wonderful. He was patient, supportive, and helped us find exactly what my husband wanted at a price that made sense for us. Both he and Mr. Bao made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. Overall, this was a really positive experience, and my husband is absolutely thrilled with his Tesla Model 3.

I was on the hunt for a good deal on a used Tesla, and Mr. Bao was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond, showing me multiple Model 3s and taking the time to sit down with me to go through each one based on my needs. It honestly felt like he was my own personal salesperson. I came in looking for a good deal on a used Tesla, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team than Mr. Bao and Sales Manager Julian. They were both fantastic. Mr. Bao went above and beyond—showing me multiple Model 3s, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and walking through every option with real patience and care. Julian also made sure I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price, and I truly felt supported the entire time. Their customer service was exceptional. I didn’t give Easterns Automotive a full 5 stars only because the detailing team missed the mark twice. The exterior looked great, but the interior was half-ass at best. There was also an inspection issue that should have been caught before the car was listed. I found it right away—a faulty sensor that caused the vehicle to turn on and off whenever the rear driver-side door was open. It was a serious issue, but to Easterns’ credit, they stood by their word and repaired it without hesitation. Now the car is perfect, and I genuinely appreciate how Mr. Bao and Julian made sure I drove away happy. Their professionalism and dedication made all the difference.
