Ronald was very knowledgeable for sure but the thing that impressed me the most was that if he didn’t know the answer to my question he didn’t have a problem saying he didn’t know and then he went and found the answer from one of his managers. I wasn’t ready to purchase for another few weeks but he earned my trust so quickly I decided to move forward that day . Thanks Ronald
