Best car buying experience I've ever had. Fast, simple, no pressure. Mr. Ruff was awesome to work with, I can't overstate how much better this was than any other time I've bought a car. Highly recommend, and it will be the first place I look next time I'm car shopping. UPDATE The EV that I bought was missing a couple of things that I didn't notice until a day or 2 later. Not only did Ron take care of finding the items for me, he had them brought up to another Easterns location only 10 minutes from my house so I could easily pick them up. I can't say enough how great Ron is. The whole deal was great, from the car to the price to the whole process. But Ron is what guarantees I'll go back to Easterns for my next car.

I had Mike as my salesman and he did all he could to help my son and me get into a car. He made sure the process was as seamless as possible. With my credit not being the best, he tried with everything he had to make sure I got approved. When I first sat at his desk, I thought I was going to be taken advantage of given all of his awards but it was the exact opposite. He as very professional and super nice.
