Auto Technician
Easterns Automotive Group, the areas #1 second chance finance dealer is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to work in our high volume Reconditioning Centers. The Reconditioning Centers supports all Easterns retail locations in Virginia and Maryland with high quality saleable inventory. Position requires a minimum of 4 years experience as an Automotive Technician (ASE Certifications a plus). At Easterns, we offer very competitive wages, free uniforms, plenty of work, large vehicle mix, a performance based reward system, health & dental care, as well as paid vacations and holidays. Qualifications:
- Diagnosing and repairing domestic & foreign vehicles according to Easterns standards.
- Partnering with Recon Manager to repair or reject inventory based on initial vehicle quality or required repairs.
- Maintaining and adhering to all Easterns efficiency and production standards.
- Completing after-sale repair of customer vehicles.
- Meeting and or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Completing road tests on all vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality.
- Ability to utilize on-line technician software & scan tools to aid in repair of vehicles.
- Ensuring the customer is always first and maintaining positive relationships with all team members.
- Hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:30PM EST.
- Position reports to the Reconditioning Center Manager.
- Positions open in MD & VA.
Call Center Representative
Our call center handles over 15,000 sales calls and internet leads per month driven by our $5m advertising budget. Your job is to turn those calls into confirmed appointments for our 17 locations. You will enjoy a fast paced, rewarding environment driven by inbound phone inquires and internet leads. Our 20 years of experience and dedication to our customers has made us #1.
